Guatelmalan SHB Chajul The SHB stands for "Strictly Hard Bean" which means this coffee is all grown above 3900 feet. That altitude produces a much harsher climate for the coffee to grow in, allowing the fruit to develop more slowly and to produce a more detailed flavor. This Rainforest Alliance coffee has a uniquely bright, apricot flavor with a mild smokey finish.
